These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your engagement of window-cleaning services from Bright View Window Cleaning ("Bright View," "we," "us" or "our"). By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of This Website

This website is provided to help you learn about our services and request a free on-site inspection or quote. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a form.

Free Estimates and Quotes

Requesting a free estimate through this website does not guarantee availability or a specific price. Quotes are provided after an on-site inspection and are based on the actual condition, size and accessibility of the windows involved. A quote is not final until confirmed by Bright View.

Service Area

Bright View's primary service area includes select counties throughout northern Utah. We may occasionally accept projects outside our primary service area at our discretion. Availability is not guaranteed for any location.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms provided in your quote or invoice at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Bright View's window-cleaning services are backed by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on the glass-cleaning portion of the work. If something doesn't look right, contact us within seven days of the completed service and we'll return to make it right. This guarantee does not extend to screens, tracks, sills or frames unless those services were part of the quoted work and explicitly covered.

Limitation of Liability

Bright View will perform services with reasonable care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright View is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear or defects to windows, screens, frames, seals or surrounding structures that are discovered or become apparent during the course of service. We encourage customers to point out any known issues before work begins.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, images and design elements, belongs to Bright View Window Cleaning unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Bright View is not responsible for the content or practices of any website we don't operate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
